We told the kids on Friday night that we would be getting a new pet, and then tried to get them to guess what we were getting. I told them "Bigger than a fish, but smaller than a cat." Koby guessed, "Catfish?" After a good laugh they finally guessed right (with a few more clues).
Morgan is a bit afraid but is still trying to be a good owner. I think she sat and talked to "speedy" for about a half an hour.
Look at Morgan at the edge of picture-she wants to be brave but is still a bit apprehensive.
When Peyton came over she just kept saying, "Turtle gonna get you!" The best part is that the turtle was asleep most of the time that she was at our house.
