4 wheelin'
A couple of weekends ago we went to visit Gramma and Papa on the farm. One of our favorite things to do while we are there is to ride their four wheelers. (Thank you Gram and Papa for having such fun toys for us!)
Dance Class
Every Spring Morgan has me sign her up for the community dance class. It is six weeks long and Morgan sure has fun. This year her friend Rylan got to take the class with Morgan.
Maylee also loved watching them! After just staring for a while Maylee started taking off her shoes and trying the moves too. Entirely too entertaining! Love these adorable little dancers.

Maylee turns 2!
I know it's what all parents say, but it's true-your kids do grow up way too fast! It's amazing to believe that Maylee has been part of our family for two years now. She is so sweet and so much fun. We love hearing her use all the new vocab she has learned. She LOVES puzzles, coloring, stickers, books, Playing on the Kindle.
When Maylee saw her presents sitting on the piano bench on her birthday morning she said, "My presents!" and then ran and hugged the biggest one. She ripped one little piece of paper off and handed it to Morgan before ripping another off. It took her a little while to get anything open. She really enjoyed playing with the box of her new shopping cart.
After Koby's wrestling tournament and Steve's basketball game, we went out to dinner at Carl's jr and let the girls play at the playground. Later Maylee got to open more presents and have cake.
We love our little Maylee bug!
On March 2nd Morgan got baptized. She looked so pretty and it was such a beautiful day. We had many family and friends come to celebrate with us. We didn't get many pictures that day-several of Morgan but no group shots, which I regret.
Here is our beautiful girl.
Steve baptized and confirmed her. Koby got to give a talk about the Holy Ghost and I said the opening prayer.
On Sunday we went to a baby blessing and I was able to get this pic of Morgan and her Zabriskie grandparents.
Maybe we can recreate a few more shots.

Our wrestler
Last night Koby, Steve and I attended the Champions wrestling awards banquet. We had a yummy dinner, watched boys receive awards and then watched the highlight DVD of the season. Koby won 9th grade wrestler of the year! He really earned it-he worked so hard and improved so much this year.
Koby has already started spring season practices and will begin tournaments next weekend. Then we will have nine more weeks of wrestling. I have really enjoyed watching Koby this year-I still get an upset stomach before every single one of his matches but I love watching him. Must be an official wrestling mom now!
Morg's bday
The party:
We decided to have Morgan's birthday party in the morning so we made it into a fancy brunch. On the invites we asked the girls to wear their favorite dress up clothes. We let the girls make fruit kabobs-which was a huge hit! We also had mini muffins and juice all on a blanket (picnic) in our living room. We played quite a few games, opened presents & ate cake. Morgan had so much fun-I think the other girls did too.
This is Morgan's outfit-she didn't wear the hat except for this picture.
Maylee's outfit was much more subdued. Morgan said that Maylee was invited to the party and she made sure that Maylee got to try all of the games, she got her prizes and even gave her a thank you for coming gift. I was impressed with what a great big sister she was, even on her own special day.
Out to lunch at Brick Oven:
Morgan got a set of scriptures with her name on it from Grandma Shelley. At the restaurant they had Morgan stand on her chair and we all sang happy birthday which she seemed to enjoy.
Gifts & hanging out at home:
Morgan said her favorite gift was the bookcase-which Steve assembled that night for her. We also played a mean game of Phase 10-Morgan was the winner!
